DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Delivery time
We process your order within 1–2 business days.
The delivery time within Sweden is normally 1–3 business days.
For international orders within the EU, the delivery time is normally 2–7 business days.
Shipping cost
Within Sweden:
- Free shipping on purchases over 695 SEK
- Standard shipping: 39-59 SEK
Within the EU:
- Free shipping on purchases over 69 EUR
- Standard shipping: 4.9 - 7.9 EUR
The shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Methods
We ship our packages with:
- Early Bird
- PostNord
- DHL
- Deutsche Post
Available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Uncollected packages
If you do not pick up your package, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 149 SEK (15 EUR) for return shipping and handling.
Delays
During high demand, such as during promotions and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing an order.
Hang Ten is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect information.
