Easy exchanges – we cover the shipping for your new item (within Sweden).

Exchanges

Do you want to change size or model?

  • Use the return label that came with your order (applies to Sweden)
  • Then place a new order in the webshop

For exchanges, we cover the shipping for your new item within Sweden.

For international orders, exchanges are made by returning and placing a new order.

Returns

We offer returns within 30 days from the date you received your order.

For a return to be approved, the product must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • with all labels intact

Returns – Sweden

  • Use the return label that came with your delivery
  • Drop off the package at an agent
  • Please notify us via email that the return has been sent

Return cost: 79 SEK (deducted from the refund)

Returns – International

For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Contact us at info@hangten.se before you send your return, we will provide you with instructions.

We recommend that you send it with trackable shipping.

Refund

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

The refund is usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Complaints

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@hangten.se we will assist you further.

Uncollected packages

If you do not collect your package, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 149 SEK (15 EUR) for return shipping and handling.
