How long is the delivery time?
We process your order within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within Sweden normally takes 1–3 business days.
For international orders within the EU, delivery normally takes 2–7 business days depending on the country.
What does shipping cost?
- Free shipping within Sweden on orders over 695 SEK
- Standard shipping: 49 SEK
For international orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders over 69 EUR within the EU.
How do I make an exchange?

For international orders, exchanges are made by returning the item and placing a new order.
How do I make a return?
- Use the return label included with your delivery (applies to Sweden)
- Drop off the parcel at a pickup point
- Please let us know by email that the return has been sent

What does a return cost?
Returns within Sweden cost 49 SEK, which is deducted from the refund.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund is normally made within 5–10 business days.
What happens if I don't collect my parcel?
If you don't collect your parcel, a fee of 149 SEK is charged for return shipping and handling.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive a delivery confirmation by email with a tracking link.
Can I change or cancel my order?
