Shipping Policy

We ship all consignments with PostNord or DHL and if possible, delivery will be made to your home or to the nearest pick-up point.

When you shop at Hang Ten, you always have a 14-day exchange and open purchase policy.

Exchange for another item / items

Exchanging for another item is free of charge. 

Clearly state on the order form that it is an exchange and include the order form in the package. 

Use the return shipping label (included in the package) and drop off the return at the nearest agent. If the return label is missing from the package, please send an email to info@hangten.se  and we will help you. 

Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount as soon as possible.

For an exchange, place a new order in the webshop, this way you will receive the new item faster and ensure that it is still in stock.

Please note that the item you return must be in essentially unchanged condition. i.e. unused and undamaged. 

Return item / items

Return of an item (i.e. not an exchange) is paid by the customer and will be deducted from the total amount by 79 SEK for administration and return costs. 

Email us at info@hangten.se with information about the reason for the return.

Use the return shipping label (included in the package) and drop off the return at the nearest agent.

If the return label is missing from the package, please send an email to info@hangten.se  and we will help you. 

Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued within 5 working days. Please note that during peak periods, return processing may take up to 14 days.

Returned items must be unused and in new condition.

For all communication regarding exchanges/returns/inquiries, please include your order number as the subject of the email to us.

Warranty/Complaint

Any warranties or complaints must be notified via email info@hangten.se before returning. Returns may not be made until an agreement with Hang Ten has been reached. In some cases, a photo may suffice, which means we would like to have correspondence before the warranty case begins.
We follow the Consumer Sales Act and if you want to read more about the applicable rules, visit www.konsumentverket.se. We will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes in the event of a dispute.

Refunds

Credit Card Purchases:
If you return an item purchased with a credit card, you do not need to provide an account number as the refund will be made to the same account used for the purchase.

Unclaimed packages:
You have 14 days to pick up your package at the pick-up point. If you do not pick up the package within that time, it will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we will deduct 300 SEK for shipping and administrative fees from the amount you are to receive back.
