Returns

When you shop at Hang Ten, you always have 14 days' right of exchange and open purchase. If you have questions about your item or your purchase, please email us at info@hangten.se and we will help you.

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules and guidelines for e-commerce.

Return item / items

Return of an item (i.e. not an exchange) is paid for by the customer and costs SEK 79 for shipping and administration fees. Email us at info@hangten.se with information about the reason for the return. For exchanges of items, shipping is free and no administration fee applies. 

Use the return shipping label (usually enclosed in the package) and drop off the return at your nearest service point.

If a return label is missing in the package, please send an email to us at info@hangten.se and we will help you.

Once we have received the returned item, a refund will be issued as soon as possible. 

Returned items must be unused and in new condition, this also applies to packaging.

For all communication regarding exchanges/returns/inquiries, please include your order number as the subject of your email to us.

Warranty/Complaints

Any warranties or complaints must be notified via email info@hangten.se before returning. Returns may not be made until an agreement with Hang Ten has been reached. In some cases, a photo may suffice, which means we want correspondence before the warranty claim is initiated.
We follow the Consumer Sales Act, and if you want to read more about the applicable rules, visit www.konsumentverket.se. We will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes in case of any dispute.

Refund

Credit card purchases:
If you return an item that you purchased via credit card, you do not need to send any account number as the refund will be made to the same account used for the purchase.

Unclaimed packages:
You have 14 days to pick up your package at the pick-up point. If you do not pick up the package within that time, it will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, we will deduct SEK 300 for shipping and administrative fees from the amount you are to receive back.
