Returns

You have 30 days to return your order from the day you received it.

For a return to be approved, the product must be:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With all tags still attached

Returns within Sweden

• Register your return according to the instructions included with your order.
• Drop off the parcel at your pickup point.
• A return fee of 49 SEK is deducted from the refund.

Would you rather exchange an item? Make a return and place a new order in the webshop — that's the fastest way to get the right size or colour.

International returns

For returns outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Uncollected parcels

You have 14 days to collect your parcel from the pickup point. If the parcel isn't collected, it is returned to us, and a fee of 149 SEK for return shipping and handling is deducted from the refund.

Warranty & complaints

Any warranty or complaint matters must be reported by email to info@hangten.se before returning the item. We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in the event of a dispute. Read more at www.konsumentverket.se.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund is normally made within a few business days after the return has been processed.
