Need a different size or colour?

To make an exchange, return the item you don't want to keep and then place a new order in the webshop. That's the fastest and safest way to get the right product — you make sure the item is still in stock and receive it sooner.

You have 30 days to return your order from the day you received it. The item you return must be unused, in original condition and with all tags still attached.

Since an exchange is processed as a return, our standard return terms apply: a return fee of 49 SEK is deducted from the refund for returns within Sweden. For returns outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Follow the return instructions included with your order and drop off the parcel at your pickup point. Once we have received and approved the return, the amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
